Publication of Proposed Rates and Charges of Licensed Inland Container Depot Operators for Public Observations

The Ministry of Ports and Civil Aviation hereby informs importers, exporters, shipping agents, Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers (NVOCCs), freight forwarders, logistics service providers, trade associations, and all other stakeholders that the proposed rates and charges submitted by the Association of Inland Container Depot Operators for services rendered by its members are being published for public observations and comments in terms of the provisions of Section 12 of the Licensing of Container Depot Operators Act, No. 3 of 2026.

Accordingly, the schedule of proposed rates and charges is available for inspection on the Ministry’s website and the Merchant shipping secretariat website.

Interested parties are invited to submit their observations and comments in writing between 1 July 2026 and 31 July 2026.

Submissions should include:

1. Name and address of the person or organization making the submission;
2. Relevant contact details; and
3. Specific observations and comments together with supporting reasons and documentation, where applicable.

වෙළඳ නාවික ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ 2026/2027 වර්ෂයට අදාලව ආරක්ශක සේවාව සැපයීම සඳහා මිල ගනන් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.

   ** ලංසු ලේඛන මෙම සබැඳියෙන් බාගත කරගන්න **

වෙළඳ නාවික ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ 2026/2027 වර්ෂයට අදාලව පවිත්‍රතා සේවාව සැපයීම සඳහා මිල ගනන් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.

මහජන නිවේදනය - CDC හා SID එකදින සේවාව – මාර්ගගත වෙන් කිරීමේ පද්ධතිය

වෙළඳ නාවික ලේකම් කාර් යාලය විසින් අඛණ්ඩ මුදාහැරීමේ සහතික (CDC) සහනාවික හැදුනුම්පත (SID) සඳහා වන එකදින සේවාව 2025.12.16 දින සිට අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා වෙන්කර ගැනීමේ  පද්ධතියක් මඟින් පමණක් ලබාදෙන බව මහජනතාවට දැනුම් දෙයි.

අදාළ සේවාව ලබාගැනීම සඳහා පැමිණීමට පෙර, අන්තර්ජාල පද්ධතිය හරහා දිනයක් වෙන්කර ගැනීම 2025.12.22 දින සිට අනිවාර්ය වේ.

වැදගත් කරුණු:

• එකදින සේවාව සඳහා අන්තර්ජාල හරහා වෙන්කර ගැනීම 2025.12.22 දින සිට අනිවාර්ය වේ.
• දිනකට අයදුම්කරුවන් 10 දෙනෙකුට පමණක් CDC හා SID එකදින සේවාව ලබාදෙනු ලැබේ.
• එක් දින සේවාව සඳහා අයදුම් කල හැක්කේ පෙ. ව. 10.30 දක්වා පමණක් වන අතර, ඉන් පසුව අයදුම්පත් භාර ගනු නොලැබේ.
•  අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා වෙන්කර ගැනීමක් නොමැතිව පැමිණෙන අයදුම් 2025.12.22 දින සිට භාරගනු නොලැබේ.

අන්තර්ජාල වෙන්කර ගැනීමපිළිබඳ වැඩිදුර තොරතුරු සඳහා මෙහි ක්ලික් කරන්න;

අන්තර්ජාල වෙන්කර ගැනීමේ පද්ධතිය වෙළඳ නාවික ලේකම් නාර් යාලයහි නිල වෙබ් අඩවිය හරහා ප්‍රවේශ විය හැක.

කාර්යක්ෂම හා නිසි සේවාවක් ලබාදීමට ඔබගේ සහයෝගය කාරුණිකව ඉල්ලා සිටිමු.

Public Notice - One-Day Service for CDC & SID – Online Booking System

The Merchant Shipping Secretariat hereby informs the general public that the One-Day Service for Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC) and Seafarer Identity Document (SID) is is available from 2025.12.16 through an online booking system.

Applicants must select an available date through the online system prior to visiting the Secretariat, and that is mandatory from 2025.12.22.

Important Information:

• Online booking is mandatory for the One-Day Service from 22.12.2025.
• Only 10 applicants per day will be accepted for CDC and SID One-Day Services.
• Applications for the one-day service can be submitted only until 10:30 a.m., and applications will not be accepted thereafter.
• Walk-in applications will not be entertained without a confirmed online booking from 2025.12.22.

'වෙළඳ නාවික ලේකම් කාර් යාලයේ කටයුතු සඳහා සම්පත්දායක සංචිතයක් පිහිටුවීම’ මැයෙන් ඉදිරිපත් කළ අමාත්‍ය මණ්ඩල සංදේශයට  2025.06.02 දින අමාත්‍ය මණ්ඩල අනුමැතිය ලැබී ඇත.
